Overall Satisfaction with Druva Data Resiliency Cloud
We started Druva inSync just before starting the Covid pandemic. Earlier we were using inhouse/over the LAN backup solution and facing difficulties in the case of roaming users. We were looking for a cloud backup solution that should be independent of local resources and in-person involvement. The decision of going with Druva became a real game-changer for us during a pandemic and lockdown.
We are using this application across the organization for critical users and it addresses one of the major issues of data security and backup in case of system crash and flexibility to give data backup to users on any system and anywhere.

- The Druva Capability to take backup in small packets helped us a lot, especially for roaming users working on low bandwidth and while working remote areas with low bandwidth.
- Druva backup takes very little memory and system process while taking backup in the background, that was an added advantage for us, especially when we have some other memory-hungry application running on user systems.
- Centralized backup and restoration capability to any system from a centralized console helped us a lot, especially during pandemics and users working from home.
- Secure and unattended installation from centralized console helped IT team a lot and saved our time to implementation.
- Druva has single admin and multi admin option in different versions, but I would like to see multi admin option even from basic version of cloud backup.
- On premises backup option need to be explore.
- You can make support more efficient.
- Till now we are happy in terms of ROI, we brought it for 3 years together to get price advantage.
- Mostly positive impact as during that pandemic, Druva Cloud Backup inSync became a data security pillar for our organization.
- Data recovery is faster with flexibility.
We are using Salesforce, Box, Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams but haven't started using them to protect these applications. We are exploring it and in our future plan.
Endpoint data protection is working well for us across the organization.

At present we are not actively monitoring for non-compliance on end-user data. As an organization of ethics, we trust in all staff. However we are maintaining multiple full backups to overcome any non-compliance issues. As a policy and we have made an excursion of some files and folders where user can keep their personal data and information and we are not backup up those data.
I found Druva inSync is the best amongst them for end-user backup because of its superior capability of restoration, handling data, and security. inSync gives us the flexibility to take backup restore in any system, takes backup in small packets, so the system uses less bandwidth. Its cloud and centralized managing functionality helped IT personnel to manage this system from anywhere and anytime.
