Overall Satisfaction with e-SignLive

I used this product for document sign off. This was used to finalize documents with both employees and consultants / contractors. It is used mainly in the Human Resources group, with some use in Finance. This product dramatically reduces the time to complete documentation so that our resources can go live as fast as possible.

Pros

  • Straightforward and easy to use.
  • Dramatically reduces time to complete documentation.
  • Very reasonably priced, definite value added to reduce down time.

Cons

  • This product has worked flawlessly for me, I can think of nothing I would have Silanis change in the current workflow.
  • Faster turnaround of documentation
  • New Resources are able to start projects faster
  • It makes the process more efficient and decreases the likelihood of missing important completed documentation
I think you would want to inquire as to how easy it is for the recipient to navigate e-SignLive and use it successfully, and what recommendations or support is offered to make it easier for the user (the signatories) to understand how this product works.
