Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

We use Evernote to share information in a High Networth Family Office.
  • I use Evernote to keep notes on children's activities I've researched.
  • I store information on rental properties I manage including tenants name and utility information.
  • I also keep notes on trips I am researching, for example, campgrounds, restaurants and tours.
  • I tried using the share feature for the Notebooks but we ran into syncing issues. We solved the problem by condensing all of the information into one user account and sharing the password.
  • I wish it interfaced with Google Maps.
  • Evernote has saved a lot of paper.
  • It's been really helpful organizing my thoughts when I am working on multiple projects.
  • It's really easy to use so I can set up people at work quickly.
Evernote organizes information where Dropbox doesn't. It's also better than having stickies and notes all over your computer desktop. It's a really great solution storing short format writing.
Evernote is highly stable and rarely crashes. Also, I purchased a Fujitsu Evernote Scanner, so now I can scan everything into Evernote, even business cards. Having Evernote has helped me to create a paperless office. I recommend Evernote to everyone, and also, be sure to get two accounts - one for work and one for managing your personal life!
I use Evernote and Dropbox for information storage. I use Dropbox for long term storage and items I won't need to access that often. Evernote is great for storing full documents too and it is easier to access on your phone. It is easier to find things in Evernote. It has a terrific search function.
