Overall Satisfaction with Evernote

It is more used as an individual tool. Our company teaches GTD training and Evernote can be used as a capture tool. I have seen many individuals use it as a way to capture ideas that they need to go back to later, and notes for meetings.
  • Syncing to multiple devices.
  • Quick to capture notes and thoughts.
  • Easy to use layout.
  • Sometimes when using images it is hard to add text to the bottom.
  • I wish I could turn notes into notebooks after published.
  • Sometimes the clipper adds the notes into random places if you are not careful.
  • Evernote has made me more organized and allows me to answer questions quicker.
  • Evernote has reduced my stress by allowing me to not have to remember everything.
  • Evernote has increased my creativity as it is easy to look and take notes from anywhere.
I used Evernote because of the mobile app features. It has a great easy to use platform and can be used on a variety of devices and it syncs with all of them. It is a lot better than a workbook, and I like being able to save documents and items I want or need to review later, without having it in my email or in places where I get distracted so easily.
I have not had to use the support yet so I am giving them a 10 for that reason.

Yes

Yes

Did Evernote live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Evernote go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Evernote again?

Yes

It is a great tool for capturing ideas and organizing them. It should be used with other tools and collaboration methods, but I like how easy it is to capture items and copy and paste them into other needed or mandated software. It is great for things you want to go back and review later, but not the best if you are needing alarms to remind you to look at it.
