Overall Satisfaction with EveryAction
Our donor services, resource development, and communications departments use EveryAction for various functions within each department. Donor Services uses it to record contributions and pledges for each donor. Resource Development uses it to produce reports based on DS entries to report to other stakeholders. Communications uses it to help drive our online fundraising. While there are some limitations on reports, the product generally works well for all of us involved.

- Gifts are entered directly into donor's accounts.
- Simplicity of entering a gift manually.
- Bulk upload of contributions help to save time.
- Pledges should not be allowed to receive higher payments than the balance.
- Companies to be able to donate online.
- Negative amounts to show up when there are refunds/returned.
- Online fundraising is easier because gifts come directly into the donor's accounts almost immediately.
- We are able to share reports within the organization so not everyone has to recreate the wheel.
- Works well for our department.
Fundraising is most definitely easier for us. We are not having to download reports and then upload into the donor database manually. This helps to save a ton of time. Our communications department uses it for digital marketing and seems to work well for them as well.

EveryAction is 1000x better than netForum. NF was complete garbage.
