Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use exclaimer to manage multiple clients' email address signatures. We don't really experience any issues; it would be nice if there was some kind of alert that could send through if the link drops between Exclaimer and Office365, as we have had this happen a few times and needed to go back through and re-establish everything. Apart from that, very happy!
  • Very easy to use!
  • Great selection of templates.
  • Easy to separate email groups.
  • Easy integration into Office365.
  • Sometimes the formatting can play up when adding tables.
  • Condense the options with Office365 sync.
  • Positive from a time-saving perspective, it's so handy just being able to update Office365, and it pulls through!
All the time, I find myself getting very creative, and the templates are a great starting point!
Not experienced any data breaches which is one of our biggest concerns.
We used to use SkyKick then switched over to Exclaimer, to be honest, we haven't looked back! Exclaimer is far easier to use and less problematic; once we have set up clients, it's so easy to go back and make adjustments.

Well suited in large businesses, great that you can separate departmental groups, etc. Not really appropriate with smaller companies, as signatures can be managed locally, we find this a difficult argument to overcome when it comes to costing, etc.
