Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
Before implementing the Exclaimer solution into the business we suffered the usual problems managing email signatures for almost 200 employees, content was often left to individual users and keeping signatures consistent was virtually impossible. Enter Exclaimer and all departments have their own signatures, based on the corporate theme, contact details are drawn from our M365 profiles and we have even started to schedule signature changes based on offers, projects and time of year. Our Marketing department is now looking to see what benefits can be derived form the Marketing Cloud offering so that they can tailor signatures based on the returned analytics. Exclaimer has definitely saved us on support time and with the addition of the Marketing Cloud may even help us with income generation in the future.

- Design portal forces to stay on existing template or return to all signatures. Would be useful to be able to remain in current group after edits.

- Sharing awards and accomplishments is so straightforward. Before it was more hassle that it was worth.
We have been able to share award wins and campaign accomplishments more quickly by spending just a few minutes developing a new signature template. Before Exclaimer this would have taken so long, the updates would have been irrelevant by the time they went live.
SSO with M365 ensures our Exclaimer portal is kept secure at all times, no additional credential management is required.
I have always used Exclaimer and never found the need to look elsewhere.
