We use Exclaimer for staff signatures as well as our shared mailboxes and for our charity. We have groups setup and display different banners to promote and advertise key events.

Yes, standard for staff, shared mailboxes, different departments and entities have different templates. Flexibility within the platform
It haven’t been able to confirm if the platform has an MFA feature. If so this would further protect the portal
Didn’t compare. Symprex was agent based, not cloud, hard to manage and update. Inconsistent and delayed updates
