Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting is being used by our marketing department to get the word out about promotions, webinars, and events. It has been a great tool in reaching guests that do not open emails. We have found that we get almost double the response on events and webinars when we use EZ Texting.

We start noticing results very quickly with EZ Texting. It's great to utilize the reports to see who has opened and clicked on links in the text message. We also see a big jump on attendees on webinars and events when we send out a text through EZ Texting. We find the easiest way to add contacts to EZ Texting is to copy and paste phone numbers for quick results.
EZ Texting is extremely user-friendly. I often have to train others in our business in marketing platforms and EZ texting is one of the quickest tutorials I give. It's easy to get up and running and to compose messages and get them out quickly or schedule them for later. Everyone I've trained has found EZ Texting easy to use.
I believe I've only had to ask customer service a question once, they were very timely and efficient. We had to change the email address on the account and could not figure it out - we used the messaging service in the bottom right corner and received quick responses that fixed our issue quickly.
We send pictures through EZ Texting. We are big on using media in all aspects of contacting our guests and EZ Texting nails this feature. The feature works great but it could be more accessible, such as having it on the text creation page. I wish it were easier to use and uploading existed on the text creation page.
I think EZ Texting is well suited for getting information out about upcoming events and promotions, it's often hard to get the word out about these things to a targeted audience but when we use EZ Texting, we get a much higher response! I think trying to sell through EZ Texting can often come across as annoying - especially since we are not an e-commerce site and clients have to call in to purchase.
