Overall Satisfaction with Followerwonk
Followerwonk allows you to sort and view followers based on different metrics which is far easier than looking at followers in the platform itself and can help you understand the audience.

- The interface could be modernised and be slicker in my opinion.

I really like the tool for some great insights but you also need another tool for other insights too. It is a great asset to the toolbox and not an all-rounder.
