Overall Satisfaction with Freshservice

We use Freshservice for ITSM, and FreshChat for live contact with customers
  • intuitive interface
  • codeless workflows
  • fully SAAS
  • SAAS updates sometimes cause minor service disruption
  • speeds up agent ticket handling
  • excellent reporting
  • unified change and incident and problem management
you do still need some knowledge of config on an ongoing basis, but generally, quick to get started
mostly good, but sometimes the support team's replies are too quick to close issues down
