Overall Satisfaction with Genuity - GoGenuity.com

The user interface is nice. It is quite tidy and clean. I admire Genuity - GoGenuity.com functionality and simplicity. It has many unique qualities compared to its rivals, many of which are not commonly seen. When it comes to adding assets, it's quite easy to use. The ability to bulk import has literally saved my life. Additionally, it's crucial for my job that I can connect my G Suite so that assigning users is simpler. It's also excellent to retain my contracts with my equipment! Even though they don't offer every feature, their customer service is outstanding. In comparison to any other vendor I have ever worked with, they have been eager to assist with any issues we have encountered.

Our outdated ticketing software was getting more expensive without getting any new features. We switched to Genuity - GoGenuity.com and gained access to the added features while saving some money. My biggest challenge has been workflows — getting my users to accurately provide the data I need to address their issues. Innovation has been beneficial.
