To begin with, the attitude in all these well-established brands is absolutely horrendous as they think they run the world. Gist is so friendly and every time I have spoken to anyone of them they all take it personally and help you to the end. I have even been helped many times by one of the founders, Jitta. Plus Gist is evolving and it is doing that with a sense of community feedback rather than shooting in the dark so features that come out are well-rehearsed.
