Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

GiveSmart is being used across our entire organization. I am the key administrator that manages the software and teaches sub users when assistance is needed. We use GiveSmart for multiple annual events and we have raised more than a quarter of a million dollars with the software. We have also used GiveSmart for peer-to-peer fundraising in the last year in various roles and it has been very successful. Many of our users are spread out across the country.

Little to no training is required to utilize the software effectively for anyone with at least some computer literacy. The help guides are extremely helpful when there is a particular situation that might be difficult to figure out or you are unsure how to utilize a portion of the software. The GiveSmart team is also available via chat and always respond very quickly to help me through any issues.
Questions that I send to the GiveSmart team are always answered quickly and effectively.
Every year, depending on our fundraising goals, we have a new theme that is implemented across a wide variety of events and publications. The GiveSmart software has been very apt in allowing us to create a certain look and feel that we are going for. It is very user-friendly.
I have been able to use GiveSmart in almost every event that we have on an annual basis. We originally purchase the software for our annual dinner auction, but the versatility of the ticketing and other features make it extremely useful for a variety of fundraising development tools. The peer-to-peer fundraising is also an amazing tool to really spread out our development influence.
