Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

GiveSmart is used as a fund raising tool for our annual gala.

Pros

  • Easy and helpful reports.
  • Generate receipts.
  • Live chat is always able to help me with questions.
  • User friendly.

Cons

  • Ability to use the same credit card for different purchases multiple times.
  • It has definitely improved our record keeping.
  • Give Smart makes it easy to collect payments with credit cards.
  • We were able to provide revenue reports quickly.
GiveSmart was fairly easy to use. It was easy to upload auction item images. I was able to go through the check out process by viewing the tutorials available.
I was able to get the answer to any questions quickly through the live chat feature.
I have only used GiveSmart for our annual gala and it met our needs. It made check in/check out easy. All report options were extremely helpful.
