Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong every day in my customer conversations. It allows me to quickly and easily understand the back and forth I am spending with clients and whether I am being the active listener my management encourages me to be. If I struggle to recall key points or followup my call, I can easily refer back to my conversations as well
- Tracking who does the talking throughout the call
- Provides a call transcript for easy reference
- Allows the ability to share your call easily either internally or with your customer
- Being able to more easily find and reference certain parts of your conversation to call back to
- Letting you know that your recording is now available
- Prompter and more thorough followup
- Recall into important topics to come back into my next call with to build client trust
So far, I have mostly leveraged the call metrics of who has been doing most of the talking during my calls, I am not aware of the other useful AI capabilities that Gong has to offer
