Amazing tool for Customer Success Managers!
Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is integrated with Zoom at our organization. That said, Gong automatically joins all my calls and starts recording as soon as external partners, outside of CreatorIQ join the call. It's an awesome tool that I use day in and day out - I can always refer back to calls when I need to share the recording with clients or internal team members, review peer calls and leave feedback and keep a check on my own stats (the time I spend on my monologues, patience/pauses when asking a question to participants, etc.) to be the most efficient communicator.
