Overall Satisfaction with Gong

My team uses Gong for a variety of purposes on a daily basis. From lead generation to assessing churn risk, Gong has become one of the most useful tools for us. Internally, recording calls and using the transcript feature saves countless hours of work. We can easily share feature requests and client concerns across departments, which makes communication easy and seamless. Externally, Gong allows the simple sharing of complex features. Recording new features and sharing those with clients is a breeze. I use Gong on a daily basis, and it is one of the few tools that doesn't feel like a chore to use.

Simple to use and navigate, many of our users pick it up on the first day.
The insights have been somewhat helpful, although many of the sales insights are already understood by our team. We have found Gong to be most helpful as a training and account management tool.
