Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong helps us to provide a transcript to all our meetings and records and uploads them automatically for us to review it for the future. It's a great tool to go back and learn how the meetings/conversations could be better and see if there's anything that was missed our during the conversation that was important to take note.

  • Provides a transcript of the recorded meeting.
  • Sharing snippets of the meeting is important for everyone to take note of.
  • Transcripts might not be the most accurate sometimes.
  • Being able to link the gong call link to our calendar meetings to go back and review would be a good feature.
  • Perhaps being able to customize the dashboard to our own preferences could be good.
  • Greater qualification for future meetings.
  • Career development as this helps to understand areas where I am lacking and to improve on them.
  • Saves a lot of time trying to write down or type down notes manually on a separate platform.
Overall, it's very easy to navigate and use Gong. However, it'd be great to have more personalization for users to customize their dashboard and perhaps a way for us to have a more collaborative environment with the team, such as a live chat box when reviewing past recorded meetings for training and research purposes.
It has helped to a certain extent. However, we still have to input or change the amount of the deal on our CRM, and from there, Gong will use that information. I would say that I've not leveraged Gong's AI insights properly to fully get the benefits out of it as it's not entirely accurate, as a lot of conversations tend to happen off Gong as well.
Nope, I haven't encountered this feature or used this feature, thus not being able to give proper feedback on this use case.
Overall, Gong proved to be superior to the use cases that the company needed, and on top of that from what I heard, the pricing was more in line with what the company was willing to spend. Customer service is great but otherwise, we hardly have any issues with the solution, so overall, it's a great product.

Yes

Gong has been ultimately very useful for me as I'm able to look back and track back conversations that have happened months/years ago, as it's hard to keep track of every meeting and the conversation spoke. It's also great that I can create snippets of important areas in the conversation for me to look back and write notes.
