We use Gong to ensure all calls follow best practices and are coaching opportunities--whether I'm on the call or not. It greatly speeds the ramp of new hires and flags great behavior at scale.

This is accurate. The AI is realistic--smart tags need a lot of training but they do work if that's put in by the admin.
We can see what messaging actually leads to deals that close!
Gong has a better UI than Chorus and better deal board. Fireflies lacks many features entirely.
