Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is primarily used for recording meetings and giving feedback to reps. There are many AI driven tools that we don’t really utilize but overall we are happy with the product. The meeting insights, transcriptions, keywords, trackers and other things are also nice to have. We could do more with the solution though.

- There’s so much in Gong, that we don’t use everything
- Gongs deal forecasting we don’t use
- It’s very hard to say, but time saving in the ramp up phase for sure
- Hard to measure; but by giving feedback AEs become better and close more deals.
It haven’t benefitted our business so far. We look at it, but don’t really use it.
