Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

We're using it to level up our sales skills across our Revenue departments. We're encouraged to review calls of our team members to learn from them. It allows management to consolidate their feedback and to use successful and unsuccessful calls to train employees on particular aspects of the sales process.
  • Brand/communication tone - emails and marketing are top notch.
  • Interface - the browser and the app are friendly and intuitive. The app in particular is incredible.
  • Market expert - Gong knows what is useful to salespeople. It has features I didn't know I needed. I haven't been left wanting more (even though I'm new to my sales career) because Gong seems so ahead of the curve.
  • I have a hard time finding calls sometimes - the difference between the "Calls" and the "My Calls Tab" don't make much sense to me.
  • The labels under a call identifying what happens in the call are usually inaccurate and confusing. It kinda clogs things up rather than help.
  • Sometimes I'd like to review calls and make notes for myself but I haven't figured out if I can do that. Might be on me but I don't know what's private and what's not.
  • I've learned from senior leaders.
  • I've received poignant feedback from my leaders on my performance.
  • I've been able to review my own mistakes.
The interface on Gong is unreal. I much prefer it. As well as the analytics and the call quality. It's far superior.
