Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using Google Forms across our department. This allows for quick editing, and the ability for everyone to see the data at the same time. We no longer need to send via email the spreadsheet for one person to review and pass on to the next. This has expedited our process for reviewing information in a timely manner.

Pros and Cons

The ability to share and everyone have access simultaneously.
The ability to capture the data in one location.

The themes are very limited, and don't allow for a lot of personal touches.

Return on Investment

The overall ROI has been substantial for my office. This has increased productivity, timeliness, and change in attitude. The most dreaded task has been transformed the outlook with Google Forms.

In my current position, we need feedback for various services provided across campus, but we do not have the man power to physically walk to each location. Therefore, we depend on feedback from customers regarding the services offered. Because we didn't want to receive hundreds of phone calls regarding the issues we created the Google forms. This allows our customers to submit feedback online, and the data be kept in a secure location that is easily accessible for the staff to review. Google Forms has been very beneficial in allowing multiple users, and the ability to edit from any location.
