Overall Satisfaction with Google Surveys
We survey clients for several reasons. First being to determine is they're happy with out service. This allows us to fix any potential issues. Also, if we're hosting dinners/functions at various conferences, we use the survey to allow them to RSVP and communicate with us for detaisl surrounding the event.
- Easy set up
- Easy data collection
- helps us to communicate with clients easily.
- support can be hard to communicate with
- configuration takes a while to learn
- manipulating the data collected could be easier.
- Client needs are addressed sooner
- planning events is easier with surveys
- integration with out email editor is helpful
The other survey systems are similar, but Google Surveys has a higher price point. I also find support to be lacking at times.
