Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for our remote workforce along with on-premises users who would rather use their computers instead of a physical phone. There are also a number of users who use the app on their mobile devices to stay in contact with clients and co-workers. It is assisting us in keeping lines of communication open and aids in team collaboration.

It was super easy to set up. Any questions we had, were answered quickly and correctly.
We use it for phone calls. We do not use it for meetings
