Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use it as our VOIP phone option. It was very customizable and allowed me to setup our office pretty quickly.

Implementation was a breeze. Even without anyone really coming before hand to setup. It worked well with out current speaker system so we can page anyone in the warehouse about a call as well. From the start to finish of setup on the day we went live - it was less than an hour. 10-10 recommend.

All in One Platform

We have not used any of the video or messaging features.. probably something we have access to but have not been shown how to use. For phone service though it has been a great experience.

We are a smaller based company and it gives us several hold/park spots to be able to put someone while trying to locate a sales rep.
It has very easy admin portal where you can program. Scheduling of hours and holidays is a breeze. Route mapping for inbound calls was also very simple to setup.
