Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Resolve
GoTo Resolve helps us tremendously maintain a stable work force while being able to remotely diagnosis and fix employee's workstations. Allowing us to remotely service an employee's computer allows them to continue working from home and save time by not needing to physically commute to the office for technical support.

The ability to remotely access our employee's computers has been tremendously helpful. With more employees opting to work from home, we no longer have the need for them to visit the office to service their computers. This saves them time as well as gas and money for the company to not have to commute.
I chose GoTo Resolve over TeamViewer since it was bundled with our phone service and offered at no additional cost to us. The features of GoTo Resolve are vast and more than we ever need as a small company but having used TeamViewer in the past I felt GoTo Resolve covered all of those features and then some. I would make the purchase again for GoTo Resolve from the great experience I've had with the software.
