Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper

We use grasshopper as our central phone and voice system for incoming call traffic. We use the toll free number in our public collateral (website, etc) and each of our team members has an extension to which their calls are routed. We also use it for voicemail.

Cons

  • Allow for call screening (have the caller announce themselves)
  • It gives us a great solution to an ongoing business communications need without hassle, high-cost, or burdensome administration.
It is perfect for small teams and growing organizations who don't rely heavily on call traffic for their business, but need a solution as an option for their customers and prospects alike.
