Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Greenhouse has helped with referring people into the company, keeping track of their stage in the interview process and learning what role is available to be shared to my networks. It allows me to keep track of who I've referred and who has applied via my referral link on my social media sites.

Also, the auto-posting function which links to my personal linkedin profile helps in providing exposure for the company.

Usability

Greenhouse is very easy to use, the dashboard is straight forward and you can't get lost with it. I have no major complaints about the tool as it's been serving it's function well.

Overall, it's a great, simple tool to be used and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to use them.

Greenhouse is better in terms of usability as it user-friendly and easy to navigate around. It has helped streamline the recruitment process which allows automation of job postings to social sites, candidate search.

From the HR team, it has helped them to provide a better candidate experience through personalized emails, scheduling of interviews.

I would say that Greenhouse is a very useful tool for hiring as it makes my life easier to keep track of everyone I have referred, the status, which jobs they have applied to, which jobs are available to be shared and learning more about the candidate when I'm involved in the interview process.
