Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I am not sure if the whole organization is using it, but I know my division is. It helps create efficiency in our prospecting efforts and keeps us organized.
- Improves efficiency.
- Helps keep you organized.
- I would like to be able to add groups of people more easily to my flows.
- I would like to bulk remove people from flows.
- It has allowed me to contact more people more quickly.
- It saves me time by reminding me who I need to contact and when.
- It provides me with call scripts and email templates to reduce time spent.
