Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We utilize Groove as a sales enablement tool and it's helped increase our team's sales activities across the board. It's been great for keeping current clients engaged as well. The flows are easy to setup and we've been very pleased with the post sale support from Groove both via chat and on actual calls.

We were cost conscious and dipping our toe into the water of sales engagement software for the first time. All of the companies were solid in following up and letting us understand the benefits of each offering. We selected Groove since it covered 90%-95% of our needs at the time and thought it would be a great introduction to the space. Our SDR team also found Groove easy to use which helped us get off to a running start.
They have always been available to field questions or schedule a call. I especially like the chat feature and the ability they have to send you a tutorial quickly on the specific issue you are trying to tackle. Overall this has been a big positive.

Groove is a great entry level sales engagement tool that been easy to learn and implement with our team. It has met our needs to increase our team's cold outreach and helped our Account Management team stay in the loop with their book of current clients.
