Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove in order to send mass emails to prospective students. We currently use Groove across our entire admissions team to create and send, mass emails to hundreds of students every day.
- Second chances to make edits to an email template before sending. This helps our team to make sure we are sending the right message.
- Opportunity to make changes to the receiving list. Our team uses this opportunity on Groove to make sure we are communicating with the right students and not sending too much to certain prospects.
It can be quickly taught to a new hire but requires training outside of what is mandatory for new hires to learn.
With Groove I can send an email to 500 inquired prospects in 15 minutes. Otherwise, I am spending 3 hours doing the same work or sending an assistant to plug in names/emails manually.

Groove is well suited for what we do in college admissions because it allows us to reach out to hundreds of prospective students in a short amount of time. Groove's program allows us flexibility and to do our own A & B testing with the Analytics tab. We can also be flexible in which prospects we send emails to.
