Groove is being used across the organization. It's our current email marketing system and is super helpful for everyone from sales reps to implementation managers.
- Data analysis: Groove analyzes your Flows and Templates so you can see which emails, subject lines, and campaigns are working.
- Syncing with Salesforce and Google Calendar: this is super important for our organization. All emails and meetings are logged in Salesforce so that we can track things better.
- Certain fields in Salesforce: Groove doesn't import certain custom fields, making it a bit more difficult to make personalized emails.
