Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I am able to write meaningful campaigns and use them to target accounts, not only that but I can share content with my team that they can reuse. This is super nice for collaboration across the whole team and it also helps with the recognition of our services. I write at least one campaign per week.
  • Select contacts from Salesforce.
  • Provides with great UI that's easy to learn and use.
  • Keeps everything organize.
  • Provides with updates on which contact opened an email.
  • Templates are not accurate.
  • It should be able to correct an email.
  • It can improve the way the { first name } is displayed, and understand that it should begin with uppercase.
  • Flows.
  • Contacts.
  • Templates.
  • 3 Discovery calls per week coming from a flow in Groove.
  • 400 emails per week counted as activity for an AE.
Like I said before, I use Groove at least once a week. In fact, a few minutes before, I was sending my end of the year flow to possible clients and this helps me track my next opportunities and see which client might be interested in our solution with just a few clicks.
The UI for Groove is so much better. It didn't take so much time for me to learn and I remember I was sending a flow as soon as I got the tool. Not only that, but the fact that it has a dashboard with the updates on messages I've sent is also super nice to have.

My team can see my activity based on the emails I sent for Groove, this also helps us as account executives because it keeps us accountable for the prospecting job we are doing. When we get our sales reviews we can see if the activity is impacting our sales in a positive or negative manner.
