Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I am able to write meaningful campaigns and use them to target accounts, not only that but I can share content with my team that they can reuse. This is super nice for collaboration across the whole team and it also helps with the recognition of our services. I write at least one campaign per week.
- Select contacts from Salesforce.
- Provides with great UI that's easy to learn and use.
- Keeps everything organize.
- Provides with updates on which contact opened an email.
- Templates are not accurate.
- It should be able to correct an email.
- It can improve the way the { first name } is displayed, and understand that it should begin with uppercase.
- Flows.
- Contacts.
- Templates.
- 3 Discovery calls per week coming from a flow in Groove.
- 400 emails per week counted as activity for an AE.
The UI for Groove is so much better. It didn't take so much time for me to learn and I remember I was sending a flow as soon as I got the tool. Not only that, but the fact that it has a dashboard with the updates on messages I've sent is also super nice to have.
