Groove helps maintain contacts with current and new clients on a regular basis.
  • Creates templates for mass emails
  • I am able to log calls on a schedule for follow up
  • It would be helpful if email addresses and phone numbers flowed over from Salesforce

I use Groove to maintain client contact on a set schedule. I do love that I am reminded to make calls or send emails after account opening.
