Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I work for a sales team in a very large tech organization. We have required a heavy quota of outreach touches each week and are measured intensely at our jobs. Groove allows me to design different templates destined for POCs that would be interested in hearing more about our product. Additionally, it allows us to create "flows" in which we put several messages in a sequence. It also allows to list different steps than email, setting reminders for calls, LinkedIn connections, and many others. In the end, Groove shows you all the statistics of your campaigns so you can see which is working best and work on the ones that are providing poor results.
  • Reminders to contact prospects
  • Store different messages for POCs
  • Show data analysis on campaigns and flows
  • Notify you if there is any grammatical mistake with your message that will interrupt the flow
  • Add personalized videos
  • Have more integrations with SFDC as to "last time someone was contacted", etc.
  • Add more features to include in an email from Groove

Groove simply works amazing with my role at the company. I could have never believed outreaching would be so easy, yet so specific for the limitless use cases that a sales team may have. Given that you can write endless templates and flows for use cases, I think each Groove I send is as personalized and credible to my prospects. Additionally, I loved being noticed once they open my emails.
I have only learned from these products from my fellow colleagues, never having used them myself. However, I am fully confident that Groove is the best software in the industry for prospecting and outreaching. What I find best is that it lets me know each time my prospects open my emails, which allows for some pretty interesting cold calls.

Groove has to be the best software for a medium to large sales team. It allows having multiple employees use easy software that simplifies outreach and provides order and structure. Since I began using Groove, I have seen how my numbers for opportunities have increased since I have a structure on my sales pipeline and do not need to write anywhere about how my pipeline is going. I don't think it would be that appropriate for account managers since they need a more specific an personal approach with their prospects, but for outreaching it works amazingly.
