Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We have employees that work remotely across the United States, so Gusto helps alleviate that burden with direct deposits, requesting PTO, and other features available to us as employees. Gusto allows for employees to edit their details on their own at any point without needing to talk to HR or go through a lengthy process which is extremely convenient for everyone.
- Easy PTO Requesting
- Simple Tax Updating Process
- Links to Google Calendar so we can always see who is on PTO at our company.
- Having a Volunteer PTO option would be nice.
