Overall Satisfaction with Guusto
We use Guusto for rewarding our employees for everything from going above and beyond in their respective roles, to celebrating Holidays to randomly rewarding them as a random act of kindness! It the go to platform for whenever we want to thank our employees and give them a little something extra to show them we care and recognize their efforts.

- Partners with it's clients well
- Offers great selection of vendors to choose from
- An auto report of unclaimed gifts would be nice or even a reminder email sent to recipient after 1 month
- Instant connection on chat feature
- Better explanations on how to use some in store gift purchases
- Selection of vendors you partner with
- Easy of platform
- Easy of replenishing funds
- Addition of new features that allow different things like changing logo's super easy
- I know for a fact our employees are incentivized to go the extra step in customer support because they know they will be rewarded with a Guusto
- Employees look forward to our daily Random act of kindness reward that is given daily by Mgmt.
- The decrease in admin. time for my HR time is tremendous due to the easy of using the robust platform
