Overall Satisfaction with Hippo CMMS
Hippo CMMS is the tool of choice for our company to manage all work requests and work orders within the facility. Our whole organization inputs work requests for the Maintenance / Engineering department to review and complete. We use this tool to manage change, document downtime, and to schedule PM's, calibrations, inspections etc.
- Simple to use Work requester.
- Great customer service and support.
- Not filled with non-essential items like a lot of "Larger" company CMMS systems
- Mobile App - They are improving as i type this
- Simplified Mobile app for requester only. Not everyone needs the full CMMS
- Notifications of comments on completed work orders - In case I don't see a comment
- PM Scheduling and paperless documentation
- Work Order Requester
- Parts inventory
- Great control of PM's and documentation.
- Reduced paperwork by going all digital
- Almost too easy for people to request work!
We used PMC before switching to Hippo [CMMS]. Hippo [CMMS] is much more user friendly and cost effective, and the paperless option was not even available through PMC at the time. The simplicity of entering PM's and work requests in Hippo [CMMS] is far superior to the previous system, and the customer support is much better.
