Overall Satisfaction with HotSchedules

It's used for all of our locations for time and attendance and also scheduling purposes. One of our locations uses the logbook feature which is great. We use this to pull hours, pull labor statistics, track clock in and outs, and also scheduled vs. hour employees.

I think it's great and we do like it a lot better. We also love that it is constantly improving. The export for ADP is useful as well and makes it so much easier to do payroll. For the price, it is a great alternative to ADP eTIME and handles itself better than other time and attendance systems.
I think it's great to use for basic payroll. It is not very customizable, but I do think it is good that take into consideration suggestions and make improvements to the site. I like the changes that have been made so far and it is refreshing to utilize a company that values feedback from their clients and actually makes changes.
