Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our primary system of record for all contacts, prospects, and clients. Our sales personnel use it for opportunity management for our full-cycle sale process. Account managers manage all communication and business relationships with existing clients. All employees use the CRM to log activity and access important client information.
  • Contact communication is next-level. The ability to originate communication, track engagement and enroll in automation all make it exceptional.
  • Activity and performance reporting are exceptional.
  • Integration with other key software platforms makes it easy to add capabilities and track those integrated activities on contact/company/deal timelines is fantastic.
  • Large team management and reporting are a bit under-built.
  • Missing features like the ability to duplicate deals have led us to build custom widgets to fill the gaps.
  • Positive impact on business objectives as it provides easy tracking and visibility.
Much more intuitive and powerful tool for salespeople to execute their jobs and make sales.
HubSpot is the perfect CRM for organizations that subscribe to modern sales tactics. The visibility and capability set are unparalleled. It's less well suited for large sales teams with layers of management and complicated territory & lead routing requirements. Those capabilities require heavy customization, but the good news is that customization is all doable.
