Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

It is being used for the Sales team to manage our outbound sales efforts and track our progress towards deals. It will also be helpful in re-engaging with previous prospects. The rest of the business does not use it as they are developing technology or working on providing our service. I believe our CSM will also start to use it when she joins the business.
  • Integrates well with email: Doesn't require you to do data entry.
  • Allows you to easily schedule follows ups: Makes it easier for people to chase leads.
  • Adding companies is very easy: No excuse for people to get lazy about their target lists!
  • Adding different views to company lists isn't always intuitive.
  • Sometimes the click back option to leave a company or contact page doesn't make sense.
  • Too difficult to see all the contacts you have in an organization.
  • Better integration with LinkedIn.
  • Improved sales processes.
  • More efficient sales team collaboration.
  • More organized lead generation analytics.
Very intuitive. No weird buttons you have to click to move from one page to the next. Helpful prompts to do things like insert meeting links. The only thing difficult is figuring out the right training to do at the outset. But once you've decided to dive in, it's easy to navigate.
Bullhorn is very specific to the recruitment industry and is not as intuitive as HubSpot.

It's great for a small sales team chasing new business. I don't know if it'd be as good as Salesforce when the team gets bigger. The online training tutorials aren't great so if you don't have a dedicated trainer, you have to be confident that the hires you're making are the people who will be able to figure it out.
