Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is being used for the Sales team to manage our outbound sales efforts and track our progress towards deals. It will also be helpful in re-engaging with previous prospects. The rest of the business does not use it as they are developing technology or working on providing our service. I believe our CSM will also start to use it when she joins the business.
- Integrates well with email: Doesn't require you to do data entry.
- Allows you to easily schedule follows ups: Makes it easier for people to chase leads.
- Adding companies is very easy: No excuse for people to get lazy about their target lists!
- Adding different views to company lists isn't always intuitive.
- Sometimes the click back option to leave a company or contact page doesn't make sense.
- Too difficult to see all the contacts you have in an organization.
- Better integration with LinkedIn.
- Improved sales processes.
- More efficient sales team collaboration.
- More organized lead generation analytics.
