Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used across our organization to manage sales pipeline, to manage communications with clients and prospects, to keep the executive team up to date on sales activities, specific deals and accounts, and overall pipeline growth, and to allow up to centrally manage our customer data.

I was a Salesforce user, Salesforce is great if you have a full-time administrator to manage the platform. With HubSpot CRM, it is easier to learn, easier to evolve within, and much faster in making changes.
HubSpot CRM is far easier to learn, use, and master. It does everything I need it to do in a fraction of the time with dramatically lower complexity.

I find HubSpot CRM an easy-to-use platform that adapts well to many situations. It helps me manage my daily activities and priorities, keep on top of deals to avoid and missed steps in deal progression, and allows me to provide visibility on my activities to immediate and senior management.
