Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used by our Business Development Manager as a traditional CRM and reporting tool to keep leadership advised of deals in progress and their current standings. It is mainly used by one employee but reporting goes to 7 more. The brokerage department has an interest in moving forward now that they have seen the program.

  • Great tracking tools.
  • Easy plug-in to Outlook.
  • Buildout and customization opportunities are great for a business of our size.
  • Logs out of Outlook plugin randomly.
  • Helps to keep me on track and remember where multiple deals sit in the pipeline.
  • Revenue growth has been realized 90 days after implementation in an operation with a 90-120 day sales cycle.
  • Shorter deal cycles and faster turnaround.
  • Easier tracking and reporting. I spend more time working and less time reporting.
HubSpot CRM is all I've used and is all that I plan to use!
The marketing team is aware of deal flow and is able to track customers and demographics to more easily target our desired audience.

A wonderful product for a smaller firm with single or multiple users. I feel as if Salesforce or something in that range is overkill for our situation - HubSpot CRM keeps it simple and reasonably priced for users who want 95% of the features of Salesforce without the overwhelming nature of Salesforce.

  • Contact management.
  • Expanded outlook integration - if there's a way to retrieve information (phone, address, etc.) from email signatures so I don't have to self-populate, that would be a dream come true.
Yes - 9/10 - has most of the functions of desktop and still gets the job done 95% as well as desktop!
