Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is a great CRM. I use it to add leads, conduct lead email drip campaigns, and keep up with current clients and prospects. All my activities get captured and when an email goes out - I am notified when it is opened so I can immediately respond to these people in a timely manner while we are still fresh on their minds. One of the greatest CMR packages I have used in my 20+ years of sales.

  • create a cleaner way to add contacts from other platforms
  • integration with other 3rd party apps to collect prospect data (seamless a-I)
  • Increased sales rep adoption
  • Shorter cycle times
  • Better client/prospect management
As with any application, there is always room for improvement and better features.
Did not really like any of these The owners used them due to cost or lack of cost for each. They were limited and hard to maneuver through as a salesperson.

It is well suited for any sales organization. I cannot think of anywhere that could not use HubSpot CRM
