We use Hubspot CRM to keep track of our large database of business contacts & sales. As an advertising-supported publication, knowledge is power. Seeing the history of past deals, who made the deal & who made the purchase makes future sales much easier. It also allows us to keep track of our sales in real-time. Additionally, Hubspot CRM allows us to reach our large base of contacts at scale through the email marketing feature. We use this, along with sequences, as a key part of our sales strategy. I use Hubspot CRM for 6+ hours each day.
