Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are a client-services company and use HubSpot CRM as our primary client relationship management system. For marketing, we use HubSpot CRM to generate marketing pages to collect contact information from leads. For sales, we use HubSpot CRM to keep a record of every MQL/SQL that our sales team speaks to. HubSpot CRM has excellent features for creating tasks and reminders for each client, which our sales team heavily utilizes. It also works well for teams because you can easily look up the records for any client. HubSpot CRM also has great analytics to be able to pull all kinds of reports. You can also generate custom dashboards to be able to visualize the team's progress on a month-to-month or yearly basis. This is extremely helpful to see how the company is performing compared to previous years.
  • Keeping records of clients
  • Integrations with various scheduling tools such as acuity
  • There could be more template features to not have to do so many things manually
  • Helped with scaling to be able to manage larger volume of client
  • Helped with onboarding of new sales team members
HubSpot CRM is good for middle-sized companies like ours. Previously, we used other CRMs that worked at our smaller scale. However, it was insufficient for our increased volume of clients. HubSpot CRM definitely has a bit of a steep learning curve, and the team has to figure out how they want to use it to manage clients. Once you get used to the platform, HubSpot CRM is a huge time saver and is fairly easy to use.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

If you are a B2C company with a decent volume of clients, HubSpot CRM may be a great fit for you. It's also very helpful if you work with a team and need to have a single database to be able to pull data from any client from your team. If you are working with a small number of clients or as an individual, you probably don't need HubSpot CRM.
