Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot as a CRM, we import the accounts list from ZoomInfo and from our known follow-ups. Right after importing the accounts and the respective contacts, we create templates which we use to send to the customers as an introduction about our company. Not only the emails, we also log our daily calling activities in HubSpot.
- Automatically logs the emails which were sent out from Outlook, if both are integrated.
- Excellent edit options in templates.
- Can also add n, number of documents in HubSpot for our review.
- If there was an option for adding both mobile number and direct desk number - this will be helpful for a sales executive.
- Also can add LinkedIn profile in the contact description so that right after clicking the LinkedIn symbol, it can route to that particular LinkedIn profile.
- Providing a filter to know the no of emails sent at a particular time.
I didn't select HubSpot as my CRM, my company uses it, this is the first time for me using it, but really loved using HubSpot.
