Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot daily to connect with qualified leads and introduce our marketplace to them. HubSpot makes it easy to create templates and set sequences to follow up with leads with minimal effort. I send around 500+ emails daily. We use also use HubSpot live chat tool on our website, and it has been very effective and easy to use for both us and our customers.
  • They have great customer service, and I've always got an answer to my questions in just a few minutes of contacting them, they have an option to have someone call you to discuss the issue as well.
  • Sequences are very easy to set up automated sequences, you can add up to 5 emails in one sequence.
  • They offer detailed tutorials that are very helpful for beginners.
  • It would be great to be able to use the "Primary Company" name as a personalization token.
  • HubSpot has increased my efficiency and allowed me to easily reach out to 500 new leads daily.
  • HubSpot has increased my productivity with the ease of using automated follow-ups so I can dedicate more time to writing scripts etc.
I haven't use any other CRM softwares before.

I would recommend it to any business that focuses on inbound marketing. And I strongly recommend adding the live chat tool to your website. It is also a great tool to introduce to a team who is new to CRM tools, since it's very simple to use and their customer service offers ongoing support and they have great tutorials and blogs to help you improve.
