Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I really like HubSpot, and it makes me much more organized, and everything is all right in front of you to keep your activity up. Also, showing your logged meetings, calls, and emails helps a lot to see how you compare to everyone else if you need to be pushing yourself harder in your sales role.. the only thing I don't like (which I may be doing incorrectly IDK) is when I make templates or copy and paste an email with links to websites/sales presentations or general knowledges I am providing to customers that the link was opened by an original person "William Williamson" 15 times instead of it showing me who is actually clicking the link that I had sent to 15 different people.. so it kinda gives me an incorrect read on the data. (not a big issue, but I wish it was a little more accurate so I can call and focus closer on the people who are showing interest).
- Tracking email count.
- Organizing companies and contacts.
- Tasks.
- Somewhat redundant- when you had a contact to their company that you already have in Hubspot, you have to manually fill out their address again, which takes a lot of time because you already have the company address in there.
- Its helped me stay incredibly organized.
- Love how easy it is to keep track of a business cycle.
It's been near perfect aside from the things I had mentioned, which can easily be improved, I'm sure.
